Return Policy

We want you to love your Syeora fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email regarding your return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Send the package to our return address (provided upon request).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as store credit, per your preference.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
